November Raffle Winners!

Winners (Left to right): Karen, Lande, Judy & John

Buildapalooza is Perth Lego Users Group’s build night. Every month on the second Monday we get together to talk Lego, build Lego and just catch up. Also, we have raffle prizes!

Included in your $5 entry fee is an entry into our door prize. This month we had 3 door prizes meaning even better odds! Courtesy of The Lego Group, attendees had the chance to snag themselves either the Creator 3in1 mighty Space Mining Mech set no. 31115 or one of two neat Creator 3in1 Race Car Transporter sets no. 31113. John picked up the Mech while both Karen and Lande each nabbed the Transporters. Well done!

We also have an optional, extra raffle attendees can buy into for just a couple bucks. This month we had two awesome sets – the spooktacular Lego exclusive gift-with-purchase Creator 3in1 Mystic Witch 40562 and the absolutely adorable Marvel I am Groot set no. 76217!

Congratulations to Judy who is now obliged to continue Halloween celebrations for at least a few more weeks after scoring that spicy witch! Our congratulations also go to ‘I-never-win-anything’ Lande who picked up his second set of the night taking home little Groot.

Lande very graciously donated his first win back to our annual BRICKMAS appeal and so we extend our thanks to him and every single person who has so kindly donated this year to help the CanTeen Foundation in their vital work supporting teens and young people and their families dealing with cancer. If you’d like to donate a small new Lego set we have multiple drop-off locations running up til December 4th including our massive MINIFIGPALOOZA sales event coming up this Sunday 20th November 2-5pm at our usual meeting spot.

If you’re thinking of coming along to the biggest MINIFIGPALOOZA yet, join us at our regular location at John McGrath Pavilion off Hensman st, Como. And don’t forget our next wonderful build night at the same spot Monday 12th December, 7-11pm. All are welcome and who knows what you might take home!
