What a huge post-Bricktober build night we had! Traditionally a quiet night after the exhaustive 3 days Bricktober has on the exhibitors, our Buildapalooza boasted 63 Pluggers who came along to build and socialize. Jijin showed off a neat arrangement he was working on, I spied Tony and his mind blowing chess set. Peter was building the Tranquil Gardens set (and was wearing a Japanese shirt he brought back from a recent Japan trip). Meanwhile Gabby and Michelle were already starting plans for a group build for next year’s Bricktober. Super keen! As always, there are prizes drawn on the night. We had 3 this month, with one if these donated by Judy. Thank you Judy, thats too kind of you! Congrats to Julia, who took home one of the prizes, and awesome Ninjago box set! (Conrats also to Cassie and Helena, not pictured)
Also joining on the night were two of the fantastic winning exhibitors from Bricktober, Jane and Kayleigh, seem here holding onto…*checks notes*…the Lego Grandmasters trophy!
Buildapalooza is held every month on the 2nd Monday, 7pm at the John Mcgrath Pavilion in South Perth.
